Balanced orange-goldcolored tripel with a firm mousse-like foam. Malty and fruity nose. Sweet impressions of grains and ripe fruit (banana, peach, exotic fruit). Wholehearted, moderately bitter, slightly spicy. Floral and a touch of sour lemon. Light bitterness in its finish.

Carefully pour into a Cervoise glass. 
Optionally leaving the yeast bottom in the bottle.
